Health information is not medical advice

BIOMEWARD is a food supplement, not a medicine. Everything on this site, including the research page, is general information about dietary fibre. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Speak to a health professional before starting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a bowel condition, are taking prescription medicines, or are giving it to a child. Stop taking it and seek advice if you have a reaction. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. A supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. We can decline an order, and will refund you in full if we do, where the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately unless the order qualifies for free delivery, and the total is shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from within Australia and typically arrive within two to seven business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Check your address carefully, as we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered wrongly.

Returns and your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Beyond those rights: if a pouch arrives damaged, incorrect or past its date, email us within thirty days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Because this is an ingestible product, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches for change of mind. Unopened pouches can be returned within thirty days at your cost.

Using this site

The BIOMEWARD name, the wordmark, the photography and the writing on this site belong to us. You may share and link to it. You may not resell it, pass it off as your own, or use it to sell a competing product. Creators in our program may use the assets we supply, on the terms of that program.

Do not attempt to break into, overload or scrape the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep ingredient details, study summaries and prices correct, and we cite the source for every study so you can check it. Errors still happen. If a price or description is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch rather than hold you to it.

Liability

Other than the consumer guarantees above and anything else we cannot lawfully limit, our liability for a product is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
